Before/After or as fitblrs say before/during

It’s amazing what a year can do. I am almost at my goal of 64 kg but I feel great already.

I started following summerskinny25 over a year ago and as a fitblr who doesn’t even know me, she inspired me to begin my own weight loss journey.

I run 3 or 4 times a week (a year ago I couldn’t run at all then I did couch to 5k) and I run between 10-12k every time I run. Hoping to be up to 15k by mid July.

I stopped running for 2 months to lift heavy and that really helped break my plateau. Now I’m back to running and will start lifting heavy again in July when I start my new gym membership at Virgin Active.

I’ve lost weight mainly through running and making sure I don’t eat above 1800 calories more than once or twice a week so I haven’t be hungry at all. I also do daily IF (intermittent fasting) so I normally only eat between 11:30/1:00 in the afternoon and 7:30/8:00 at night. This keeps me lean and makes it harder to even get in my basic calorie count.

I track my calories with my fitness pal and that has been a god send! It’s amazing how much you THINK you eat as opposed to how much your ACTUALLY eat.

Feel free to ask anything and please follow me if you want to see my daily fitspo tips and weightloss goal check ins.

Lots of love fitblrs! xx
