Lay in bed for another hour

Meeting at 11
Another meeting at 12
Class at 2 and 3

I AM GOING TO RUN/WALK 5K AFTER CLASS TODAY.
This is actually a huge deal.
Hopefully I won’t die.
I’m about to eat alllll of the vegetables tonight to remind myself what it feels like to eat healthy again.
I might start running.
I mapped out a 1 mile loop around my house last night. Baby steps.
Maybe posting my intake every day will help me stay on track.
